This YMCA is clean, quiet because of good acoustics, great equipment, friendly staff, and in a great location. And the pricing is reasonable!
Need to extend the hours on Saturday and Sunday to 6pm if possible.
People are friendly, equipment is kept nice. And the child care is excellent.
The classes, the environment and the people
We love the classes and the people. We have met and become good friends with some of the people we exercise with. It’s also in a convenient location which makes it easy for us.
My instructor was very knowledgeable and kind.
Friendly staff, clean areas and equipment and minimal “people” noise, i.e. respectable patrons. Two points of interest: One, I have noticed infrequently the extreme noise resulting from heavy weight slamming or dropping them on floor by heavy lifters that alarm some elderly folks. I was annoyed a few times by this as well. Two, I truly appreciate coffee service as I enjoy a cup after my workout. Lately, however, the coffee stopped flowing in early afternoon and I miss it. Thank you for your service.
Friendly environment and staff. Always clean too! I enjoy all of the amenities and recreational sports they have to offer. The director, Stacie Renfro is always quick respond and help when needed.
Equipment is top-notch. Classes are fun. Teachers always make me feel welcome. I love being able to swim laps using the app to reserve my lane. Front desk is friendly. Other Y members are fun to meet and talk to.

The class the community anywhere in Us you can go there when you travel I commute 45 minutes 5 days a week and I keep my membership because of that it is nationwide

I absolutely love having my children participate in the Rockwall swim team; they are a wonderful organization, and the coaches are amazing! The experience my children are gaining by working with the team and coaches is priceless.
Great staff, with good work ethics. Polite and kind environment.. Coaches are available to parents for questions. Return emails in timely manner.

First and foremost the facility is clean. Especially the restroom and shower area. Secondly the staff is welcoming and friendly which creates a positive environment as everyone I’ve met there either in passing or in class is kind and friendly.
Not happy. Joined in first week of January and racquetball was main reason for switch from planet fitness. Two weeks later I show up to play but you are tearing court out. Displeased
