What do you like about your Swim Lessons at J.E.R. Chilton YMCA at Rockwall experience?

My son has received swimming lessons twice now with this organization at ages 4 and 5. He now has the confidence knowing basic swimming techniques while in the water. He will return swimming lessons again once they're done with the new renovations.

What do you like about your Swim Team at J.E.R. Chilton YMCA at Rockwall experience?

My child loves coach Alisha, Jamie, & Liz S. They not only care about the kids as swimmers but as children too. My one complaint with this program is that there is no volunteer service hour policy and thus we are part of the 10% of the families that volunteered 90% of the time. It isnt fair that so many families never volunteer because they dont want to stay til the end of the meet, be helpful, or support other kids. We enjoy helping but again it just isnt fair to have to do it every single meet because others dont feel compelled to do their share. I think if a 20 hour annual policy was put in place it would make a huge difference!
