The staff is always friendly, happy to see you. Work out area is always clean. I start my work out at 5:00AM and the people that come into work out at that time are happy and friendly. That makes working out that early in the morning more enjoyable.

I love the social aspect of the Y! The staff greets me by name when I check in. I have made some terrific friends of people I met in my classes, and enjoy many social activities with them.
The classes offered suit my needs, and the instructors are great. I like the sign-up process. There isn’t anything I don’t like about the Cross Timbers Y!
