What did you like most about your salon experience?

First off, I truly enjoyed my visit at your location! I last minute decided to treat myself and was so happy to have found an appointment available! The ladies at the front desk were very warm, welcoming, and helpful with finding a few products I’d been wanting to purchase. Kim, my stylist, was absolutely amazing! With the drastic length change I decided on, she continued to make sure she wasn’t cutting too much which was very sweet. She did a phenomenal job and made sure to deliver an enjoyable and relaxing experience. I will definitely be back for color in the near future. Thank you all so much and keep up the amazing work!

I Am Salon always has great customer service upon entering. I recently received a massage from Marissa who was professional, tended to my areas of concern, and made sure I was comfortable for the duration. The salon also offer a variety of hair products in addition to an affordable "local finds" section in their retail section.
