The staff is very nice. Easy to make an appointment on line and the are reasonably priced. I am very picky about getting a hair cut and only go once or twice a year because I usually don't like the way my hair turns out so i just let it grow out.
But Brittany did an amazing job. She really listened to what I wanted and asked questions through the whole process instead of just cutting away. I absolutely love my new haircut! I WILL BE BACK!!!

I 100% recommend I AM salon for Salon and/or Spa. Every experience I have had over the last 8 years has been positive!! I have strayed before… but never been as satisfied as with I AM. However, I will no longer stray.
It’s worth the drive… I live in Burgaw!

Everyone was very helpful, Kimberly was fantastic. She took the time to talk me through what I wanted, how it would fall, etc. Kimberly continued to walk me through each step including the products she was using. I've been to a lot of hairdressers and while I get that being chatty is a perk for some I much prefer her letting me relax outside of the great pertinent info! Looks like I finally have someone I will be back to see.
