The waiting area was clean & comfortable, the desk host checked to see if I needed anything & let me know that my stylist was running behind (which I had also been notified by phone). this was not a problem for me. I have enjoyed the atmosphere at the salon also. They have lots of products to offer, which I like. My stylist is great. She has a little boy & we enjoy talking about him. I have two grandsons a little older than her son so it's fun to see the "boy" in all of them (so cute)! I have been very pleased with my experience at I Am Salon and Day Spa. I do also plan on trying a facial there! Thank you.

Everyone at the front desk is very friendly and very accomodating with scheduling. And appreciate my compassionate and kind hair stylist Nadzita who gives me lovely hair cuts. I also love the little extras such as head/neck/shoulder massages included.

Marissa is always spot on with working out my painful spots...I don't even have to tell her where to focus! Her massages are pure Heaven! I always feel so much better afterwards.

I recently had my eyebrows microbladed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience, especially considering my initial anxiety. Sonni was incredibly thorough in explaining the entire process and patiently answered all my questions, providing the information I needed to calm my nerves and reignite my excitement. To my surprise, the process was completely painless (one of my biggest fears was discomfort,) but I felt none at all. I wholeheartedly recommend I Am Day Salon and Sonni specifically for anyone considering microblading!
