I've been a customer for twenty-five years and I've never run out of propane.
Recently there was difficulty delivering gas to me because of major road construction in my neighborhood; twice, the driver reported that he couldn't get to my house because of street inaccessibility. Christina, in your Keene office was concerned that I might run out of gas, so she contacted dispatch who made arrangements with another driver to make a special after the construction ceased for the day and the road was re-opened. Sure enough, your driver, Jesse, showed up right on schedule and I was able to direct him to my house for my delivery.
I want to give credit to Christina, the person in dispatch, and especially to the driver, Jesse, who impressed me with his professionalism, and courtesy.
