When I call for propane, a real person answers the phone in Keene. Not an automated robot voice that tells me to wait and/or push a bunch of buttons while horrible music plays. Delivery is always prompt and the drivers are always great. Plus I can get the instant discount if I hand the driver a check! Lots of oil companies around here are now delivering propane but I'll stick with Rhymes!

Truthfully, you are the only company that I know of that sells the fuel type I need for my monitor heater. But I have had very good service and would highly recommend. I am pleased as customer service is very pleasant and efficient to work with. Deliveries are done before we run out, which is excellent! Payment plans are helpful for retirees.

The computer put me in a high price as a small volume account even though my previous 4 deliveries have been 333 to 397 gallons. I called customer service and she corrected the invoice and gave me a favorable price per gallon.
