I like the automatic delivery of heating oil. I never have run out of oil since I have been a customer.
The only thing I have a problem with is the removal of the nice office receptionist that I always paid my bills to and solved any problems I had right on the spot. It is extremely helpful to have someone that you could talk face to face to and not to someone over the phone. This is a more personal way of doing business.

I was on hold for 1 solid hour yesterday 2/9/26 from 12:52PM - 1:52PM with no one answering except the excuse lady on the recording, and I ended up hanging up. Stop using weather excuses for all your problems! This is the Fred Fuller nightmare all over again. DISGUSTING!!!
