Your phone system is Terrible !!! I spent over 4 hours over three days trying to reach a USA BASED rep Not Canada. I was so upset I was shopping other local propane companies. Doreen is awesome. Phone system is AWEFUL !!!!

I’m on automatic delivery. It’s always there when I need it. I don’t have to think about it at all. When you send me the bill. I have paid early get the discount. I’ve never had any loss of heat because they’re not having enough fuel. You’ve always been very pleasant and snow or whatever winter you’ve always been able to get the tank with no problems so I’m just thankful I never have to think about it

I used to be with Eastern propane and I applied for fuel assistance which I got and the check was sent to Eastern. I got a bill from them for over $600 so I called and the women said I only owed $ 175.00. So I went to Eastern to pay the bill at the office and they told me I had a credit of over $300. . Then I got another bill for over $600 again that they wanted me to pay. at know time did they mention that I got my fuel assistance. So I think they were double dipping. Eastern refused to deliver fuel to an elderly lady who was running out of fuel and she got her S.S. check on Friday 4 days a way and they told her she would have to pay up front. I told Rymes about her and Rymes told me that even if she was not a customer they would some arrangement and giver fuel so she would not run out. Now thats what CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about. Easter told me trhat I would have to pay them to come and pick up their tanks because they were removed
I have been a customer of Rymes now Superior Plus propane for quite a while now and I have only GREAT things to say about them . They have a VERY Nice customer service TEAM. Their drivers are courteous and professional. I was low on fuel recently I called to see when I was getting a delivery I am on automatic delivery. Superior came the very next day in the morning like they said, and filled my tanks.. I evI went out en got a delivery at 9:45 in the evening one time , I heard a noise outside my house I looked and their was a Rymes truck outside filling my tanks. I driver saiwent outside and said hi to the driver and told hime was very surprised to see Rymes filling my tanks at this time of the night. The driver said I am on call and I was going by and I got an indication in my truck that told me your tanks were getting low and I had propane in my truck so I stopped to fill your tanks.

The technician came here on time and was very thorough! He found a crack in the side of my furnace, which is very unsafe obviously and disconnected it for our safety. Very thankful that he came out when he did and found that. Weare currently working with Rymes to get heat again and they have been extremely helpful! Thank you!
