Tyler was our service technician and he was incredibly polite and thorough during his the service call. He called ahead as requested to let me know he was en route and asked and answered questions regarding service and equipment. I would recommend Rhymes based on this interaction but I cannot say the same for interactions with Superior Propane phone service.

We love Rymes Propane & Oil as we are part time in NH so we depend on them to make sure our tank is full. They are very nice to deal with and are dependable.

I have 2 tanks on my property. I had to make 2 calls to get a delivery - one take was at 18% and the other was 20%. I called the main number and the no one answered the phone - this happened twice, the third time a got a message to leave my number and someone would call me back. After a few hours I did get a call back. She scknowledge that the tanks were low and she told me that she would call me back in a few hours to tell me when the delivery would take place - needless to say, I never got a call back. I finally reached out to a local person that works for Rymes and I got a delivery the next day. I shouldn't have to be monitoring the tank levels since the tanks are monitored. I hope this is not going to be a regular occurance. There is also a generator on each tank.

Drivers are very nice and helpful

I like my auto delivery, set price, and Rymes monitors what I use, the temperature, and if a fill is needed a little earlier than anticipated it is done. No need for me to call! Thank you!

I find Rymes very easy to communicate with and we have used Rymes since 2003, so we are very pleased with the company! Thank you, my husband and I appreciate your prompt propane delivery service all the time. We keep a path shoveled at all times for the delivery man as well.
