When my heating unit stopped working, the technician came out within 30 minutes on Sunday late afternoon! He diagnosed the problem and it was fixed in 2 days (part had to be special ordered). The women who answered the phone were professional and VERY kind. Thanks for the excellent service

Delivery staff very courteous, deliveries are ,for me, monthly and I never have to call. The most important to me is that I could lock into K-1 price for this year , but , no money required in advance! Yes, they deduct my charges from credit card on file….some companies require full amount up front ($2000 or more) before allowing the customer to lock into a set fee. The only draw back …if the price per gallon drops I must still pay the set amount agreed upon….would be xtra nice if that changed.

I like Rymes for their friendly English speaking employess. It is a pleasure to call for whatever reason and be able to understand everything they say to you. This includes the driver who delivers my propane. Especially Bob.
Modern technology with the fuel application on my phone which gives me a way to check on my fuel even though I am on a delivery set up from the office. A great comfort.
