Although recently I have given up on the propane, I am very limited on what I use. I have been with Rymes at my current location for 24 years and had great luck. They’ve been lenient with me over the years when times have been tough and were always there when I need them, the crews have come out to fill and check my equipment. Have been amazing. Mostly prompt w/deliveries.I’m on automatic deliveries and once this season it was forgotten.This left me w/no hot water or heat..it was quickly resolved.

It would be nice if when making a delivery a delivery slip is left in the door( this used to happen)sometimes I do not see an itemized bill for a few days after delivery and then the 10 days have dwindle down before I know what I owe..I think the 10 day discount period is important to some.
