Coach Alyssa is doing a great job. She has a very warm personality and encourages the kids throughout class. Just a great friendly place and staff so kind.
The drinking fountains have been inoperable for some time. The fountain by the locker rooms to fill bottles for two months now and the fountain by the gym going on 3 weeks or more. No updates and these fountains are common in other Ys and not sure of struggle to fix?
Health and safety it's better to fill bottles with this system then from the spiket where all the mouths congregate especially kids.
Would appreciate some communication to members.

The lap pool is the best! All personnel: front desk, life guards, facilities are very cordial. Ladies locker room is kept clean, and the facilities personnel mop the floors around the pools.

I always recommend the Visser Y because of the amazing staff. They seem to love their jobs and never let a bad day be seen in their expression or the way they help the clients. We’ve recently started the sports sampler class and love Coach Alyssa, she is awesome with the kids. Making them feel comfortable and like super stars.

The step aerobics class. The community and friends. The kidzone was great when my kids were little. The pool and steam room. The locker room and showers are kept clean
Convenient location, friendly staff, great pools, hot tub and steam room! Group class options are great and instructors are very knowledgeable ;)
I like having easy access to weight machines, the friendliness/help of the wellness staff and all the equipment is maintained, and the friendliness of the front desk.
Everything is good. I highly recommend it to everyone interested in a great place to go for physical fitness, and family activities for most family people.

So good for young kids to learn how to be on a team. Coach is great! Lower cost than other programs with Y memberships
It’s quaint. Not overly busy.
I like how everyone is friendly to me when I walk in, there's always plenty of equipment to use on any day of the week, and the showers are always nice and warm with the water temperature.
The lockers are very spacous compared to other YMCA faciliies, and the facility is maintained well.
It's nice to have complimentary coffee during the morning hours throughout the week which is a huge plus to have.
I like this location a lot but the locker room area could use a refresh!
We love Visser Family YMCA. It’s close to home, There is always a welcome and smile when we enter the building. The facility is clean and help is always available if you need it.

We love coming to this YMCA. My son loves the swimming classes and remembers lots of friends from summer day camp as well. When they see each other throughout the year in the kidzone it's always a special surprise.
