This was our second attempt at swim lessons, with the first at a different organization ending horribly after the first class. I was overjoyed at how quickly my child enthusiastically engaged with the lesson. It seems like a small thing, but the warm temperature of the pool water had a huge impact in making my highly sensitive toddler feel comfortable enough to participate. The instructor was incredibly warm and encouraging and did not act like a drill sergeant, as I had experienced at another organization.
The teachers are great. They always take pride in helping my daughter get better and come
Up after and they give me personal feedback on what she did and needs to get better at. It’s such a low cost program to teach kids how to swim!

The current remodel project is very nice. Always love “my “ lap pool! The lifeguards have a lot of responsibility, so appreciate them.

I really like how the locker rooms have a lot of room and hot water in the showers upon use. The employees are really friendly to me.
I also like how there is free coffee in the mornings even though many non-members cheat the system by taking free coffee and tea when they don't pay for it.
Great instructors, they do a fabulous job teaching the lessons. Very organized and positive environment.
Coach Alyssa is so friendly, energetic and great with my kids ! She makes sure everyone is included and I’m grateful for her happy smile every Monday morning
Its a great palce for Families.
The gym is exceptional. There is a huge variety of equipment and plenty of space. I especially like that the studio is on the same level and is open to gym users outside of reserved class time. This is valuable as floor space in the gym is limited for mat exercises. I don't fee like I'm taking up valuable floor space and enjoy having the quiet of the studio. All of the staff are also very helpful and friendly, and the space is clean and well maintained.
My one complaint is that the current wipes are very annoying! They are stiff and not very wet at all, and so they aren't really all that effective. I really liked the ones that were available previously.
My daughter has only had her first swim lesson but she loved it and I am so thankful. She was very scared about taking swim lessons. Her instructor made her feel safe and was phenomenal. Thank you for what you are doing! Swim lessons can be traumatic to a child if done without compassion, patience, and care!

The facility is great, although I wish the fitness area was bigger as it’s usually crowded. The staff are so friendly, especially in the KidZone- my daughter loves going!

I've made friends with the staff and other members. As a senior citizen, this social contact is really important. I also enjoy seeing people of all ages and backgrounds there.
