The Wolverine Worldwide YMCA is a welcoming, friendly community.
I start every day at the Y. I enjoy a taking a variety of classes and swimming. I have met so many wonderful friends, instructors, and staff.
I like the friendly atmosphere. The staff and instructors are welcoming. I also enjoy seeing the regular morning workout crowd hard at work.

We love the community, staff is friendly and consistent (we get to know them, not too much turnover). The programs are good, our daughters love taekwondo with Alivia Brainard and I’ve had a good experience with Ryan personal training.
Workers are amazingly friendly and helpful!!!

Always able to get thru my workout without waiting.
The only complaint I have are the parents at night who let their kids run around the track. My reflexes are not what they used to be and the little ones cut in front of me without warning.

I enjoy and appreciate everything about Wolverine Worldwide YMCA! From walking in the door and being warmly greeted, to the opportunities to contribute to my community during the holidays and through out the year, to the vast aray of equipment, the beautiful diversity of members, the incredible cleanliness of the facilities - it all makes it easy for me to show up and take care of my health. I love my Y!!

All good at this location. Parking is difficult when there are youth events but likely unavoidable
The child care fun zone is amazing! My kids love it and my wife and I love exercising without worrying about them.

The class
The staff at the Y always makes me feel welcome, and I appreciate how much equipment they have available for getting my workouts in! Great to also see families cruising in and out of the facility doing their thing and enjoying this resource :)
Clean facilities, good programs, responsive to members
The YMCA offers a daily safe place for Children and a Christian Message, A chaplain at most location, and clean Locker rooms, and great Youth sports programs, that our 4 children have enjoyed in Michigan, since 1999, and now that our 4 children are in College, they still workout at the YMCA 's on weekends in Grand Rapids, Belmont, Cascade, Detroit, East Lansing, and Ann Arbor.
Now in 2023, 2 of our children are still playing College Baseball, and all 4 children are still SNOW Skiing at Cannonsburg Ski Area, Caberfae Ski Resort, Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort of California, and Boyne Mountain Ski Resort, all because of the YMCA learn to snow ski and Snowboard lessons, they all took at ages 4,5,6,7,8,9,10, back in 2008 through 2015, , through the Learn to Ski and Snowboard program between the YMCA in Belmont, Michigan and Cannonsburg Ski Area.
