The aquatics director was so very helpful during our first experience with the YMCA, I'm very pleased with your operations. He was knowledgeable and quick to respond via email. And also very accommodating with your current HVAC upgrades going on indicating we were eligible for a refund.

I love the elliptical with Run TV. It simulates running outside, which I loved but can no longer do because of joint issues. I love the life fitness weight machines. I love the free coffee and books.
There is plenty of equipment available regardless of how busy it is, the staff is very helpful and polite, itās always clean and there are plenty of wet wipes everywhere. Makes being consistent with exercise a lot easier.
It is smaller and easily accessible.

WW YMCA is a community, not just a facility. The staff works hard to create a welcoming atmosphere. The desk staff and administrators are helpful, courteous, and professional in serving the members. The maintenance staff is diligent and attentive to the care of the building and equipment and to the cleanliness of the facility. The Kidzone staff is caring and attentive to the children in their care, as well as to the requests of the parents they serve. The instructors create classes that are innovative and relevant to the needs of the members. They are well trained and current in their knowledge of kinesiology and physical rehabilitation. Each staff member is proficient in their particular field. The staff members also are familiar with their members and foster a relationship of respect, of friendship, and of community. It's a great place to belong!
The facility is nice but they do not protect the people on the top row (cardio) from the errant volleyballs that may be flung into your face when you're on an elliptical. This seems dangerous and I've almost been knocked off the machine while exercising.
Staff are very friendly. Equipment is in good working order and there is a wide variety of
exercise options including classes.

The people and environment are welcoming and friendly. The equipment is well maintained and clean. The hours are convenient opening most days at 5 AM. The hot coffee is really nice as well. I really appreciate the Wolverine Worldwide Family YMCA.
No matter how busy there is still enough equipment (bikes, treadmills etc) to still be able to have something to do. Every employee I have had contact with has been very friendly.
Any child of any skill level can work on growing skills and teamwork
