The instructors were great - the environment was welcoming. My daughter really learned to get over her fear of putting her face in the water. She went in 4 weeks from being afraid of getting in the water by herself to having fun jumping and going underwater.

I learned a lot of exercise from when I worked with 2 different trainers. I have continued to work out with my program through the pandemic up to now. I primarily now work out additionally in the water aerobics classes which I love. The life guards and instructors are great and fun, many have become friends!!!

Awesome facility for working out and playing basketball just not sure I would recommend sports classes here because it seems to me that the coaches aren’t use to teaching 3 year olds because they talk to them like they are 8-10 year olds and they aren’t.
I’ve been going here since 2015 and couldn’t imagine going to another gym. Always clean, friendly staff, equipment always in working order. Love it
Good classes, equipment and set up. This and the Spartan are my favorite. My only ask would be to put some lockers on the second floor where the studios are and more fans in the studios. You need one in the back of the room or back two corners to get it flowing more in the body pump room and another in the one corner in the spin room.

Ms. Andrea has been a fantastic teacher, would love to sign up my daughter for another one of her classes.
My 2.5 year old son loves swimming and is pretty fearless when it comes to water. The class and instructor gave me confidence and direction on how to help him focus his enthusiasm into safer swim.
