Almost every thing I enjoy the worlour equipment the swimming pool the showers' are clean the lockers are very good, I don' know of any thing I dislike about the Y, except ==why is the y called the Y??

This place has changed our family for the better. We all enjoy it, and there are so many things to do! If you have kids that make it challenging to work out, the Kidzone is a game changer and worth the monthly fee alone, in my opinion. The Kidzone staff are fantastic and so kind. My 18m son had a hard time the first month or so we were going consistently but has since gotten very comfortable with everyone. I love all the classes and the pool. I'm a lifelong member from now on!

I could not afford a Y membership. Since I am now on Medicare, I am now able to attend daily. The staff is present and always assists me if I ask.
All of the facilities are nice....Wyoming..newer and nicer.
I have sold/given away my weights and bench. I still train outside, but there are people around who I can share my /our experiences with whenever I come here!

I enjoy some of the classes. Barbara Freed is an excellent instructor.
I did the Coach Connection and feel it was very helpful for knowing how to use the machines I was interested in. Coaches “on the floor” are happy to help if you have questions.
Also love the walking track.
Meeting up with my friends to work out. Hoping the sky walk from the parking ramp is built ASAP as I believe it will help with sustaining memberships at DDH in the months to come.
I used the walking track and met a friend there because it was a central location. Parking was easier than I expected. The walking track was light and long. Staff was welcoming.

I like the staff that welcome me every time I come in. I love the variety of people who use the space. And I almost always run into someone I know!

They let me into the parking lot without delay. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The track is a nice length and not too crowded. The weight room is fantastic with a wide variety of equipment.
The classes they offer personal trainers very friendly atmosphere and vibes hot tub sauna steam room pool a full track I would rather this be my home gym would recommend this gym to family and friends before I recommend another gym

Our daughter is enrolled in a parent/child swimming class, and our current instructor is amazing. She keeps the class engaging, maintains a great flow, and knows how to keep the little ones excited to try new things. The only reason I didn’t give a perfect 10 is because our first class was a terrible experience. We had a different instructor who lacked confidence and seemed unsure of what to do. If anything, she should be shadowing the new instructor to learn, but she is not qualified to lead a class on her own.
Love to walk on the track and exercise in the pool.
Wish the river was on once in awhile...makes for such good exercise!
Friendly staff, plenty of space & machinery.
I don’t like that people ( young adults ) are on their phones while sitting on the machinery taking up time that other can’t get on that machines to work out…. Very frustrating! To say the least!!!
I love going to the women's locker room for soaking, steaming and sauna.
Would be nice to have a water jet 'wand' to massage upper shoulders/neck in the hot tub. Have also heard folks talk about interest in infrared sauna upgrade.
Showers and lockers have been a lot cleaner lately. Thank you for the great work
It's a great place to have a great workout and stay healthy all year long.. l thank the cost is fair and affordable. It's a great place to meet others and share new ideas and set new goals and accomplish ways to stay fit.

I’ve just rejoined after being away for several years. I love working out there and also joining in on group workouts (in my case, spin class). My only concern is to encourage better maintenance of the workout equipment. I keep coming across one here or there that is badly worn or broken.
The service I received from the agent, i wish i would know her name, at the swimming dept.
No one could find a private swimming instructor and she found one. She was very helpful, explained everything, followed up, and succeeded in getting an instructor for me.

I like the vibe, the location and the resistance equipment. I don’t like the location and having to go up to the third floor when I arrive to do my workouts. Hopefully with the sky bridge to parking, two of those will be eliminated. When that happens I hope you will put more lockers on the third floor. Thank you for asking.
