I like its location, it's close to where I work and quick drive from home! The staff is all so friendly and lovely, I truly feel welcomed everytime I come in. I like the folks in the KidZone, they're always so helpful and kind when my kid is having a tricky drop-off. I always like the track. I like the updated seating/working spaces.
The Y is always clean. The equipment is clean. The custodial staff prides itself on doing stellar work.

I love the atmosphere and especially the staff. The guy Rodney Guydon is such a Charmer and Tanisha is such an inspiration to others she helped me on my weight loss journey and I was successfully able to have surgery 💙

The Soccer stadium location is unfortunate and very poor city planning. But the DeVos and VanAndel coalition have the say, the power and the money to do what they want - for their own interests!

Swimming facilities are very nice and clean
I like the variety of exercise equipment and the overall cleanliness of the entire facility.
I appreciate having aqua aerobics 5 times/week but you should ask the participants regarding the times each day or you may have empty classes. I prefer 8:00 AM

Please install a bridge walkway from parking to entrance and allow parking for more than 2.5 hours. Sometime I want to take 2 classes back to back and then shower and that does not allow for enough time.
