I love the facilities, including the weights and exercise machines, the locker rooms, pool and sauna. I have enjoyed many different classes and the instructors are great. I have been working with personal trainer Ashley Sheeley for several months and she has made a big difference in my attitude to working out and my self-awareness, as well as my overall physical heath.

They do a great job of helping kids develop their skills while still having a healthy, competitive environment. They learn to work with teammates and grow friendships.
We’ve very much enjoyed participating in youth soccer through the YMCA. The location is convenient, as is the schedule and it’s affordable and family friendly!

I love the aqua cardio classes that are offered.
The staff is welcoming and courteous. The cleaning staff is hardworking and thorough. There is so much equipment for both cardio and lifting. Overall, it exceeded my expectations.
