I especially enjoy the plentiful open lap swim hours, the 5 lap/mile indoor track and the super friendly staff (Rich, Maria, Carlie, Carson and Rachel).

The Y is the only gym I actually consider. I like MFB because of the track and the pool, and through use of those, I also found that the staff are amazing. But the Y is expensive; I wish it was more accessible to those with less money
