The MFB Y offers a variety of exercise classes at a variety of times. I often find times at MFB that fit my schedule. I also enjoy pickleball. MFB offers more court time than my “home” YMCA.
The facility is clean and modern with a nice design. Large well laid out weightroom, stretching area, cardio areas and TREKS type area. The track is nice for indoor running. Everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful. Convenient parking. 5 STAR facility.
I have made some life long friends, that push me to be me. I don’t feel judged and everyone seems helpful.
We have found the MFB YMCA to be a bright, light-filled welcoming space. Friendly professional staff and trainers make sure we have an exceptional experience every day. Beautful pools, immaculate locker rooms, a running track, state of the art, well-maintained weight equipment, a variety of classes running all day long-- it doesn't get better than this! We appreciate the intentionally inclusive outreach to families and the community. Truly, a beacon of hope.

Amazing people working there. I recently lost my phone at Mary Free Bed YMCA, and the staff not only found it, they charged it overnight. I was beyond grateful.
