Good customer service and on time delivery
I continued using them when I moved into the house and they have been helpful during the transition. I was disappointed when they changed over because you cannot call directly anymore. I had a gas leak last year it was only a recording giving prompts and leaving a message. I had to call the fire department when they did reach out they did send a service person to repair the leak. They were very helpful then and also gave me credit for what was wasted. They also worked with me on auto payments and gave me a discount and senior discount too. I am pleased now that they handled everything well.

I used to have a wood stove. At 76 I am too old to be bringing up wood from the back yard. With my propane fireplace I just push a button. Once we finally got through to the office and spoke to a person it was so easy to schedule a delivery. It was made the day promised. Thank you

I find all customer service employees are always cordial and willing to help me. I am 93 years old and need all the technical help. Propane deliveries are always on schedule.No complaints.
I asked for some fuel assistance, I am not eligible for any agency help. I spoke with someone
who offered $.20 per gallon discount. Every bit helps. She asked if I was a senior and was hoping for a discount. I sent in my husband(Edward) death certificate so the account will have
my name on it.
