The driver who came to my home last fill was amazing! He made sure to reach out to the dispatcher to let them know that there are 2 accounts that should be linked together every time they come for a fill so that we do not run out ever again. He used to be the driver on our route and no longer is so I guess the new driver was unaware. But he took care of it! Amazing!

Every fuel deliverer I have dealt with has walked or trudged through snow of all depths to complete a delivery. Expecting the homeowner,especially elderly, to clear a path for a younger, fitter, and I assume, healthier individual to reach the tank connection seems inconsiderate, and unnecessary.
