Delivery guy was best in class. Took time to relight both pilot lights on our stoves. Also recommended fixing the remote to which he advised that a simple replacement of the batteries in the fireplace insert would allow us to use the remote again. Sure enough it worked. Apologies I don’t recall his name, but he deserves recognition.
