Once I was finally able to get my account set up things were very smooth and service and delivery have been excellent.

Thanks for filling my propane tank this past Monday. I wasn't thinking about it but it was getting low. Sure enough, Tuesday's snowstorm caused a power failure and our propane powered generator had to take over. We remained comfortable and without worry.

Osterman staff are very responsive to customer needs, whether urgent or not. I had a gas leak in the early evening. Connie was calm and helpful and sent a technician immediately. Kevin was just what you'd want in a possible emergency. He calmly asked questions, listened to answers, assessed the situation thoroughly and solved the problem.

Beth patiently listened and made sure to understand a situation I had with a tank mismatched to my usage. She made a reasonable plan to deal with it, and was extremely understanding and helpful.
