Although we didn't meet the technician or service staff, we know the our propane tan will be refilled timely and the invoice be tagged beside the door, and the online payment is convenient.

First of all, this is only the 2nd time that my tank has been filled since November 2021, and even this time only about 60%. I was previously using Oil that needed to be filled every 3 or 4 weeks in the winter, and it cost me around $1000 per fill up. Propane is more efficient and keeps my house warmer than the oil, and it seems less dry in the air. So, when the Osterman driver (2644, I forgot his name) came yesterday, he was very professional, and answered all of my questions. When I had oil, it seemed like we were always running out in November and had to pay extra for them to come out, if it was a weekend, but was cold for at least 24 hours just waiting for them to find an available driver. It is so nice that Osterman's is able to watch my tank when it gets somewhat low, and fills it even beforehand, keeping me stress free; about heating the house anyways. I have NO issues with Osterman's, which is a good thing.

We've been with Osterman Propane for about 2.5 years now. We've always found them helpful and reliable. The ladies in the office that we've talked to (Deborah and Maureen, if I remember right) have always been helpful whenever we had questions. Same with the drivers. I can't remember that we've ever had a delivery request get lost in the system - we request once, and it gets done, and typically within a week or less.
One point of feedback, not a huge deal, is that it would be nice to have the capability to create a delivery request online again. When Superior Energy took over, this feature was taken away. Supposedly it now only exists for customers who don't have the automated monitoring. We do have the automated monitoring, but sometimes we need to create a delivery request before the tank gets down to 30%, for example if we have travel coming up. It would be nice to restore this feature that was taken away. No problem calling the office, but one less thing to remember if we can just do it online.
