Dawn Bahan - Customer Experience Representative was awesome. Dawn listen to my request about having my gas delivered earlier than what was scheduled because I was fearful of running out and with the temperatures being in the single digits we needed our heater to ensure we didn't have our pipes freeze. Dawn contacted the correct team members and my gas was delivered early.

We've had no issues with Osterman's products and service.
On a recent call our questions were answered politely and completely, and a delivery was prompt.
However, the phone wait time was very long. Actually, on a previous day we gave up twice after more than a half our on hold.

Exceptional service! Our propane was delivered hours before a big snow storm and the driver went above and beyond to reach our tank that was already blocked by a lot of snow. As someone who is recovering from knee surgery and unable to shovel out a path, this was highly appreciated!
