Although i think your prices are very high i will say i have asked for price adjustments and the staff has worked with me.Very professional and extremely nice! Im lucky i get assistance but every penny counts in this economy.Very professionaly run business from delivery drivers to office workers Im sure i speak for a lot of retired people on fixed incomes.Keeping your house warm should not be a full time struggle!

Professional, prompt, and able to identify problems. Unlike us, they noticed that our propane tanks weren’t exactly level and called to schedule an appointment. Upon arriving, they turned off the propane, leveled the tanks, and relit all the pilots.

I needed some work done with disconnecting my propane line from my furnace. The young men who came out to do the work were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They stayed for several minutes after the work was done in the basement to make sure my gas stove was still working as well.
When I spoke to the representatives on the phone to make the appointment, they were always ready to help and actually remembered me from my previous phone call! Usually you never get the same person twice.

Customer service is very good. Every time I call there is a friendly voice answering my questions.
The only downside I experience is their office monitoring gauge of my propane usage is incorrect.
I asked that the driver call me before arriving so I could make sure dogs were locked up in house. The driver did call me and made sure gate was closed when he left. I appreciate the consideration I was given.
