The delivery driver took special care to not disturb a lovely wren nest with five eggs in it when filling my tank. It would have been quicker and easier for him to have thrown the nest, but he did not. Kudos.

We love the ability to request services and pay our invoices online. Service is always prompt after we put in a request. Our one frustration after Osterman was purchased by Superior is that we now have an annual service charge since we don't use very large quantities of propane throughout the year.

We were almost out of gas. I called to get some service. By the time I drove to Walmart and back, all of 30 minutes, there was a slip in the door and the tank had been filled. We only use propane for cooking, yet the service was exceptional! Thank you, Osterman!
