When I reported out of gass, das was delivered the next day. \\
The driver found that the gauge was faulty, It read that there was gas when the tank was empty. I hope Oster man will change the gauge.

Have taken advantage of the budget plan including auto delivery for about 7 years with no issues through out the service period. Had installed a new appliance recently requiring a dedicated gas line which an Osterman tech tied into the main line orchestrated very well with the plumber performing the major task. I full well expected to be waiting for the final connection but they showed up in a timely fashion to get us up and running. Fuel price has been very competitive from the day we moved in, quite happy over all.

I like that I don’t have to monitor my tanks, the automatic delivery service makes getting propane convenient. The budget plans help too.

The fact that I haven’t run out of propane and that I don’t in the future. I can only assume that my electronic tank monitor is working. Office staff is always pleasant if I have to call for something.

Very efficient service, I called for propane because the tank was low, apparently the monitor wasn't reading the level but Lisa at the Southbridge office was able to get a truck at my house the next day, the driver arrived at 7:11am! Lisa was very courteous and very helpful I couldn't have asked for better service and I thanked her. S O
