I am a first-time user for propane delivery from this company and I am very unhappy
with the way I am treated. I actually opened an acct. with Osterman last year but was
not ready for a fill at the time. I still had plenty in my tank from before.
Being first time user I should not have to pay for propane that I did not ever use.

fast enough on my first initial delivery service fee.
I already paid my bill in Full. and this time I should not have to pay anything at all.
I am very unsatisfied at this point and will not be continue to do buisness with this company.
