A while back you installed a device that notifies the office when the tank is getting low(or so I think). Auto delivery is convenient. Because we are a high volume user, the per gallon charge is competitive(certainly better than what State Line charges in the neighborhood). Your drivers are pleasant and friendly. So far the company has been reliable and consistent. I have no problems with delivery and they have been very gracious in taking care of me.
Fast and friendly
I am a first-time user for propane delivery from this company and I am very unhappy
with the way I am treated. I actually opened an acct. with Osterman last year but was
not ready for a fill at the time. I still had plenty in my tank from before.
Being first time user I should not have to pay for propane that I did not ever use.
If I have to pay for propane I did not use this time I will not do buisness with
Osterman any more!!!

I was told today on Nov. 1,2022 that I owe a balance of $37.50 for not using the service
fast enough on my first initial delivery service fee.
I already paid my bill in Full. and this time I should not have to pay anything at all.
I am very unsatisfied at this point and will not be continue to do buisness with this company.
