Homebuying experience was good. We spoke to 2 different sales reps in 2 different neighborhoods and had good experiences with both. The initial orientation by Justin was very thorough and only a few of the repairs requested were not completed by the time we did our final walkthrough. However, those we dealt with immediately and a few others since we moved in have all been taken care of promptly. Great customer service from top to bottom.

Worked with Hailey at Richmond American and she is great! 110% recommend her. We were on the fence at first because who wouldn’t be when making such a big purchase? There was no pressure from her at all even though we took 2 months to decide. She worked on our time and even showed us the house plus other options on 4 different occasions. She always kept us updated on promotions and rates before we decided on the home. Even after we closed, Hailey reached out to congratulate us and let us know she was still available if we needed assistance with anything. 2 weeks later I reached out and asked for help with warranty requests/work orders on things around the house and she got me where I needed to be and help me get in contact with the right person. Hailey would answer all questions we had and when she wasn’t sure she worked around the clock to find answers and got back to us. Something she didn’t need to do but was always happy to help and my family is extremely grateful for her.

Buying in Tehaleh was a great experience. Hit some snags with a Verterra purchase but was able to work them out.

The sales associate Megan was very helpful and accommodating given that we were out of state buyers. She helped us navigate the process and kept us in the loop. We never felt disconnected or uninformed.
