Didn't really care for the home buying experience but this was necessary to get out of renting and into a new home. Tehaleh happened to be the cheapest for a new home that we could be approved for. Although not my first choice it works for the moment and the home is at least in a good location.

The number of times we were able to do a walk through during the build process. The final one had a handful of items that needed to be corrected and most of them they already knew about.

We love the Trilogy concept. We wish there were some larger houses to chose from, but anyplace with food, clubs, and lots of pickleball is the perfect place for us to call home.

I lost my initial sales contact person (Misti) and was never really sure who to officially contact after that. I was able to reach Breanne if I needed to.
