the seller agent & working with their lending department was great, the home had no issues at all that needed touch ups / fixing, the home had all the basic amenities from where one can easily move in (though I wish they had also included washer/dryer so that we didn't have to worry about that too)

Richmond associates are so wonderful to work with. They kept me up to date on the progress of the home and were willing to assist in anyway that they could.

I liked the incentives the builder offered. The sales staff were friendly, accommodating and always available to help answer questions. I came to the community several times before close to show the home to family members and the staff was always happy to let me see the home. They were nice and made the process easy for us.

I was walked through everything thoroughly and shown special things the builder did to make it easier on me! Absolutely love all the details of my home.

It was nice to physically see the process of the home being built. Especially seeing the initial floor plans, viewing other homes in their own build process, and then seeing the entire house come together. Additionally, tuning the details throughout the house was very exciting.

How smoothly it went.

The process was well documented and communications on progress were excellent. Shea Homes seems to be a well oiled machine, however, the cost of Options was a surprise in the way they are bundled and it makes for difficult decisions.

Overall it was a very easy and mostly stress free experience. The team clearly helps people buy and build homes often so they could answer all sorts of questions.

Good communication and follow up.

The listing agent Brittney and the whole crew at Brookstone were amazing throughout our build and once we moved in. We’ve built new before and they were much more helpful and accommodating than our previous builder. Really love the quality of their work and their layouts are very function yet stylish.

Dealing with the builder was actually pretty frustrating but what kept us in the process was the promise of a beautiful home in an even more beautiful community. We love the parks, trails, and sense of community throughout.
