Cleanliness and friendly staff
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The locker room and bathroom/shower areas are always clean. I love the pools!
The Y has everything and more of what I need to lead an active and healthy lifestyle. Working out wirh my young daughter is an added bonus!

The staff are so pleasant and the place is clean.
The Montclair YMCA is more than it was before your recent updating. I won't mention names but a dignitary past me to day. I sure sign that other facilities will have to make renovations to
compete.
I have already started to tell people that the biggest draw is not that The Y has improvements. anyone within 10 miles would make make the trip because the people who you can meet will make the experience even bigger.
I thank the Executive Director for the dedication and commitment which is clear in so many ways. Anyone who comes to see This Y will understand why I am so am so enthusiastic.

I enjoy the new renovated gym,I love the fact that y'all trying to keep people safe by having easy access to the disenfectant wipes and hand sanitizer.
Better signage around the pool
The new lockers and showers are great I joined the Y soon after I retired in 2006. I belonged to the y till covid. rejoined again a few months ago. I couldn't be more pleased with the new lockers and shower renovations. I'm now 83 and find the senior strength and balance classes are fun and great for all, chairs are available to use in many classes for those who need them,
The small pool exercise classes are also fun and helpful for those who prefer the pool. The senior room is great for those who want to socialize before or after a class. Thank you for the renovations and diverse classes especially for the senior members
I like that the gym is clean. I love the small pool, the water temperature is wonderful not a shock to the body when you enter the pool. I enjoy the steam room, and the private dressing rooms are a big plus. The congregant dressing room for women is clean and the showers are clean also. Its good that the chemicals in the water are monitored regularly, and you keep the facility and all its amenities functioning and accessible to membership

I appreciate the variety of fitness options. From the gym to the group classes and aquatic related classes. My experience so far has been stellar!

Friendly staff, great new machines, always good upkeep and necessary repairs to the space.
I enjoy the friendly atmosphere of both the patron and staff. The comfortability of working out in a mixed gym, varied age groups, space and the equipment is functional and up to date. The pools are wonderful. The Y is clean, can use shower, steam or sauna anytime you wish. You are not rushed in any part of the Y.
