The staff there make a house a home. The front end supports the backend or the inside shall I say. Everyone by and large are or seem to be nice accommodating people. You feel good coming to the YMCA. It's a clean facility as well. I thank my daughter for introducing me to the YMCA.

I love it ! The best things about it, is the daycare on Saturdays. I leave my son while I work out. The girls there are so nice and caring. P

I have been using the gym for a long time and love the variety of machines. Recently I have been taking advantage of the water classes. I just love the big pool and therapy pool classes. The instructors are great and I enjoy the other people in the class. It has helped me build strength and stamina. I will continue with both forms of exercise. I am really grateful for the Y

The pool area, is my favorite place. Wish it would stay open longer. With my arthritis in my knees, the therapy pool gives me great relief.

Senior Program. Adriana Becker is doing an amazing job. She cares about her Seniors, provides a variety of fun programming and is very aware of her Seniors needs. Truly amazing. Thanks Adriana. She also helps us navigate the technology. She is very appropriate with Senior safety while also encouraging us to be active. I don’t know if she realizes how much we all benefit from her guidance.
So many things to do exercise wise. Swimming Pool whirlpool and sauna. Nautilus Equipment ❤️
