In my past situations of complaints about other members,staff at front desk didn't take much interest at all in doing anything. This is pretty much my only complaint. I would like to see the staff at the FRONT DESK take an interest and be able to take action for members who are taking the time to notify them of complaints.
Other than that,keep up the great work!!

I like being around people that are my age
Staff when my wife and I enrolled were terrific. I am loving the eGym equipment. I feel like it's so easy to get a tough workout in rather than standing around or walking confusedly from machine to machine resetting.
There is always a friendly face at the front desk. I DO, however, wish they could figure out how to use the waterslide that has been there for ages. My kids are constantly asking about it. I understand they need more lifeguards on duty, but it would be so nice if there were one or two days a week where it was open.
