The E-Gym is fantastic for me, someone who has never exercised on purpose! The workout is structured and I'm not required to adjust the machines. Thank you for making it easy for a non-gym person.

My interests in the attending the Hal Welsh East Area Family YMCA for a variety of exercise classes, using some of the exercise machines and the lighter weights to strengthen myself and maintain good health. The variety of activities and classes that this YMCA offers should provide something special for every attendee, regardless of age. I also like that the facility is very inter- generational and welcome to everyone. The staff members are friendly and kind.
