I like the quiet environment (compared to other options) the variety of exercise equipment, and the just-right size of the place, big enough but easy to navigate.
Jennifer does an amazing job teaching Aqua classes, all the Aqua classes are excellent. The Zumba classes are great. It is nice to have the coffee in the lobby.
I’m just there to use the fitness center, I’m there early, do my workout and leave. The lady at the front desk is always nice, knows my name. Please is always clean. Keep up the good work.

Friendly staff and Y attendees. Sauna in women's locker room. Smaller Y and easy to access and use.
I bring a special needs adult female to your facility 3 times a week. When we enter your front door, all of the YMCA team is always ready and willing to help with her ID, locker key and anything else. If there are any questions from her, the team is patient and always listening.
As we enter the locker room, bathroom, the gym equipment room, etc. the areas are kept clean, or they staff is busy cleaning those areas.
Also, the AT, Athletic Trainers, have been very willing to help her if I ask for guidance. We usually see Suzie during our exercise visits. Lately our time at the Y has changed to afternoon, but we still feel comfortable to ask for help.

Kind of a low-key family feel. Feels inclusive, rather than inclusivity being a mere slogan. More subdued than NW. Weight room missing a few things but a more individual, casual feel; quieter, better lighting. Sauna in Ladies room with phones supposedly prohibited. Generally clean women from pool.
NW Y has co-ed Sauna on pool deck - with sweaty people from weight room!! who obviously do not understand Sauna... wearing shoes and sweaty exercise clothes. and most using their phone. No one cares about keeping phones out of the Sauna there (NW)
