I generally go to the Y at OCC as it is closest to our house. I am currently attending PickleBall 102 with Rob at the NW Y. The classes are great and he is a great instructor. I am also very impressed with the NW Y facilities. There is so much going on and the staff is helpful. It really feels like a true Community Center to me.
I wish there were more lazy river workouts!!
My family and I love the YMCA. I love the community I have built in the workout classes and my kids love making friends and playing at child watch. I love being able to use the lobby as a place to get some work done while my kids are being looked after. It’s an added bonus to run into many friends and neighbors while we are there.
We are so lucky to have a great facility right in our neighborhood.

Near my hone
I really enjoy the Lazy River, Therapy pool and steam room. I have Fibromyalgia which is an overall Chronic Pain Illness. Using these parts of the facility give me relief.
Also the Indoor Track is state of the Art, as well as the entire Gym area.
I’ll have to try some of the classes soon.
Last year I could not go to the Y because I had 8 months of Physical Therapy after getting rear ended in my car. Then I had to have some surgery. It’s good to be back again.
