I took my grandson here because he likes the activity pool and lazy river. The schedule had the activity pool slated as open but was closed due to staffing shortage.
Very disappointing. Life guard shortages are continuing to happen. Offer incentives, pay them more. Do something. I pay a fee every month to use the Y but services in the aquatic area are routinely closed to to this issue
I come to the Y to do the EGYM. I am 79 years young and love how the machines recognize me and do all the adjusting just for me. I am getting stronger and feel great that I am doing something good for me! Thank you YMCA for providing this.
Very nice facility
Everything except the cost for a single parent family. It's pretty steep.
It offers what my wife and I want for her recuperation, two "hot zones" and a shallow, warm pool.
Facility is always very clean, class offerings are wide and varied, staff are friendly.
The friendly, cooperative, professional staff, (from reception to instructors, lifeguards, etc) the incredibly clean facility ~ every area including pools,women’s locker/shower rooms, workout rooms, children areas, and reception area. So enjoy coming to the northwest Y!

My grandchildren attended Camp Horizon this summer. They were both very happy to attend each day. There were different activities and themes each week. The counselors were wonderful with the children. Drop off and pick up was easy. Overall the girls (nearly 5 and 6) were safe and happy.
They will undoubtedly attend next summer as well . They also made good friends.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

I enjoy the warm water therapy pool and the swim classes. As someone with Arthritis it is a great help to be able to move in the water. Thank you
Staff was friendly. I felt welcome. Facility is very nice and clean. Locker room had lots of space and pool facility was great.

My child loves going there. They have great activities and the staff are wonderful. The communications are great and I trust the leadership in taking care of my child.
Very positive atmosphere and staff.
The kids really loved it and learned how to swim and get their green band in a short amount of time. Few things to make this go from a 9 to a 10 would be possible doing a field trip (maybe a different y camp) or offering food options (hard to pack something for multiple weeks that can’t be refrigerated).
