It’s convenient, customer service is friendly! It’s affordable. The Y is my happy place, like a spot in the day just for me. The best part is that l learned to swim at NW, and North when I was 60. Can’t say enough. Met all sorts of interesting people. At class, pottery class, educational. See you at the Y
Very nice physical facility - well designed, relatively new. and well maintained. Very good chair yoga program with qualified instrcutors. Nice indoor track for walking during inclement weather.
I like the pool for laps and the lifeguards, the Group Ex Studio for Rose Angotti's AOA Tabata class, the bicycle room, the track and the workout area.
I also like the office and maintenance staff (Johnny and Mike).

Clean. Very well maintained with a welcoming ambiance. Without exception, the staff are friendly and attentive to clients. The only amenity it lacks is a 103 degree “hot tub” spa, although the size of the 90 degree shallow pool is most enjoyable, not to mention the adjacent steam room and sauna, which are checked regularly by the lifeguards to make sure all clients are OK.
Friendly and helpful staff with great space to work out, walk, swim, play ball, and take classes.
Wonderful facility and staff. Love their yoga programs (especially chair yoga) and their yoga instructors. Also, really like the indoor track. I appreciate the diversity of programming… so many fun choices to exercise!

I feel blessed to be able to use the Y to swim and walk the track and use the gym to exercise. All the people at the front desk are so friendly and helpful. They have classes for everyone.
It’s wonderful to have such a beautiful pool to swim laps in. The facility is quite clean and the employees are friendly.
This pool is bright, well-lighted, and cheerful. The several different pools allow a range of different fun options, as a change from lap swimming (although a hot tub would be nice, too). Lap swimming is especially nice when the sun is bright and you can use the lane where it shines in!
The staff are always helpful, and the locker rooms and pool deck are kept quite clean.
Pool schedule is accurate.
The Northwest location is a beautiful facility that provides quality program and services with a tremendous staff!
