It's a short drive from my house, the classes are great, and the cardio/weight rooms rock!
I love all the classes that are offered and they’re for everyone no matter what fitness level you are at . Everyone is so nice and helpful at the front desk and they have coffee if you’d like to sit and enjoy it by the fireplace !
It’s also very clean and such a beautiful YMCA. Love the walking track and the windows !

Only issue I have with the downtown YMCA is parking difficulty during winter months.
I enjoy the convenience of having the Y in Manlius. The layout is user friendly. The men's locker room needs upgrading. More than half of the lockers are damaged and not usable. Should be replaced in phases. My compliments to the staff and their service.

The large indoor track is great in the winter to get some walking in for me. Staff is very friendly and professional. Plenty of exercise equipment both machines and free weights. Clean and safe
