I was very pleased that Jason Church returned to put the right size batteries in my dehumidifier monitor after he learned that it took a different size than the dehumidifier did. He also identified that the filter needed changing and brought it the same time he brought the correct batteries.
Our technician is very prompt, courteous, and thorough. It is very easy to work with people who keep their appointments.
