I was very pleased that Jason Church returned to put the right size batteries in my dehumidifier monitor after he learned that it took a different size than the dehumidifier did. He also identified that the filter needed changing and brought it the same time he brought the correct batteries.

Representative was thorough, found a problem that has been present since the dehumidifier was installed years ago; it was incorrectly installed. He is finding a solution to the situation.
