I have the same technician that takes care of both my parents home and my son's home . Joshua Fanning is his name and he always calls ahead to let me know when he's on the way, if he finds something that needs addressing he will let me know and he is always pleasant. How you can be that nice when it's 90 degrees and you've been around and under a house is certainly a plus! He did a termite inspection for my son's house, I already have termite service at my parents, and some some wet spots from condensation. He emailed me a quote which I have passed on to my son. It's nice to have someone you trust taking care of their homes!

Our Terminix worker, Willie is professional, courteous, and customer friendly. Always with a kind word and can do attitude towards his job. His actions rid our home of the creepy crawlers surrounding our home.
When there is an issue going on, they will not hesitate to come back out. Normally, there isn’t a problem. Josh gets the job done.
