Our technician Mike, responded to each and every call and addressed the problem. He was thorough, evident in the time he took inspecting the areas, asking questions, and providing information. Mike is always courteous, respectful and pleasant. Hats off to Terminix for recognizing the importance of continuity of technicians. Mike was assigned to our home and he has remained the face of Terminix for us over the past 15 years.

My service is taken care of almost automatically. I don't always remember to schedule it and my guy knows that, so he just checks in when he knows I'll be home and takes care of it for me. I can't ask for anything more.
Prices are good. They got rid of our roach problem we had for 6 years, 3 different extermination companies and no results. Two visits and we have had another problem in 3 years.
