I like the fact that Terminix keeps up with spraying the house and property. They keep the termite traps filled and I don’t have to keep up with it all. Terminix has very good people working for them. Everyone that has ever come to the house working for Terminix has been very professional and knows their business.
Whenever I call with an issue, I receive prompt and professional service. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend Terminix to anyone who is looking for termite protection and/or having underlayment installed underneath their house.

I panic when I see Palmetto bugs or roaches. I tried to sweep one up that i thought was dead for 2 days., but he rolled over to took off. I call you.
I had seen German cockroach and totally freaked out. I only saw a few and they weren't everywhere. The other exterminator I called basically told me I had to move out of my house before they could treat anything. Then clean everything before it was brought back in. I know how hard these things are to get rid of but that task was unimaginable to me, being single with very few friends int he area who would be able to help. Terminex came out and reassured me that I did not infact have a full blown infestation yet and it wouldnt require me moving out of the house to get started. They made the first treatment that day. I was completely panicked and Justin made me feel so much better. He told me what I needed to do on my end and it was manageable. Bonus it was 100$ cheaper than the other company.....well way more than that if you count the cost of a POD to put my stuff in too, and paying for people to help me, etc. Thank you Terminex.
