You send a reminder annually about renewing my service. After renewal you send an email to set up an appointment. Scheduling the appointment is usually very easy & the scheduled service is usually within a week.

Technician (Brent) did an excellent service! He was thoroughly checked around in side & out side. He was serviced my home last year. I was so pleased & requested again this year. I’ll recommend him & your company with my neighbors & friends
